We live in a world of quick fixes.
When I had my first hospital visit due to my panic attack, in the middle of the night, I was prescribed my first "calming drug".
Which was the beginning of a bad end. At that moment I didn't want anything but to fix my panic attacks and anxiety. I was taken to the top psychotherapist who gave me a Xanax and another one called Paxera. I was taking both of them daily. Until I realized they were f*ing with my head more. I was couple years late but at sooner than later I was awaken.
Any time you take an anti-depressant, it is like you close your ears to what your body is saying to you.
Your body is always ready to work for your benefit. All you need to do is build a good communication. Just like in any relationship. Once you have a healthy relationship with your body, things just get better.
Give your body the space it needs to heal and you will be amazed by its healing powers.
