Jams can teach you a lot.
As a Mediterranean woman living in New York, I found myself making jams as a way to add color to my life. To me, jams represent the longing to preserve time in a world that is continually changing. Even the same fruit is different each time and therefore so is the jam it produces. The process is about embracing what you are given and the patience involved. When you finally eat the jam, you are enjoying the fruits of the farmer’s labor. If you are eating this jam now or reading this note, it means our paths have crossed and you are a part of the tribe.
For every person who's ever had ups and downs, my only wish is to inspire you with JAMsu.
