OUT OF YOUR CHEST
It can be scary.
It can be scary. You may not be able to acknowledge it. If you are me, you would like to ignore the fact that you had this shit inside. You are embarrassed. You are scared of feeding that thing inside of you by giving a thought about it. You are not a sick person. You are normal. What is this thing now? You do not want to lose your sanity.
The way to freedom starts by detecting what the problem is.
It can be hard to confess even to yourself. It might be difficult to describe it completely.
But if you are reading this and have these weird sensations and thoughts inside, I want you to know that it is okay to talk it out. It is okay to feel what you feel.
I want you to know that there is a way out of it. There is a solution for everything. And you are not alone.
When I had these panic attacks they were followed by these paranoid thoughts which felt like prison walls inside my head. They limited my daily life. I found my self living in a cage.
It was then when I finally found the right person to talk about it, I felt such a big relief. It was no longer a taboo inside my head that I couldn't talk about nor couldn't move away from.
The first step to freedom of any struggle is to acknowledge it.
If you do not know what you have or not sure if it is worth talking it out, reach out. I am here for you. We will find a way together.
